Smoked Cashew Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
  • 1 small clove of garlic roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Method:

  • Soak cashews in filtered water for atleast 8 hours.
  • Please remaining ingredients into your BioChef Blender and use the pulse setting to combine and puree. You will need to stop & scrape down the sides of the blender intermittently.
  • Blend & pulse until you have reached a smooth, pureed consistency.
