Ingredients:
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1 small clove of garlic roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt & pepper to taste
Method:
- Soak cashews in filtered water for atleast 8 hours.
- Please remaining ingredients into your BioChef Blender and use the pulse setting to combine and puree. You will need to stop & scrape down the sides of the blender intermittently.
- Blend & pulse until you have reached a smooth, pureed consistency.
