- About 6 cups
Ingredients:
- 4 cups old-fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup chopped dried fruits
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup brown rice syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup hot water
Method:
- Combine all ingredients together.
- Add the preparation on the non-stick dehydrating sheets and on your BioChef dehydrator trays.
- Dehydrate for about 8 hours between 105 - 115 degrees or until dry and crunchy.
